You can download our manual booking forms below:

There are 147 stables available to hire. Each stable cost $25 for the first 24 hours and $5 per day thereafter. There is a $40 cleaning bond (refundable) payable and this is forfeit if the stable is left without being cleaned.

Please book your stable by the Monday before your event or a $10 late fee will apply.

No preference is given to any booking apart from stallions who have allocated boxes within the stable complex. Stable bookings are taken on a first in, first served basis.

You are required to remove all waste/urine/manure/hay before leaving the the venue. Request the stables coordinator to inspect the stable prior to departure so ensure there is no $40 cleaning bond fee due. You do not have to remove all the bedding only muck out as you would at home.

Each stable is supplied with sufficient bedding, however extra bedding may be purchased if required.

On the date of your event the stables coordinator will be available to book out the stable key and book it back in when you are ready to leave. If you arrive before 6am or after 4pm (Monday to Friday) you may request to have the key left in the lock for you. The SEC is not responsible for any stable key or stable useage if you require this service (if someone else uses your stable because the key is left out for you). We recommend you arrive after 6am to be booked in with the stables coordinator. We also advise you inspect your stable prior to putting any horse in it for cleanliness etc.

The stable Office is at Row H at the stable block. On the wall of the stable office is a plan of the allocated stables at your event. Do not take a stable that is allocated to another person - you may hire a stable on the day with the stables coordinator however this attracts an extra $10 late fee per stable.

There are a number of lockers within the first four rows and these are available on a first come/first served basis. There is no charge for lockers and you will have to supply your own key if you take up a locker.

Contact numbers for the stables coordinator is 0409 813 381. This person is rostered on events days from 6am to 6pm to help you with your stable and any questions you may have. In the event you require a different stable to that allocated, please request this of the stables coordinator who will be happy to assist you.

Parking at the rear of the stable block is for vehicles only and we request that vehicles leave all access points clear. Vehicles blocking access points will be asked to move on or will attract a City of Swan fine. There are to be no horses left tied to any vehicle in the stable car park at any time. There is a large parking paddock available for day competitors next to the main arena or the use of the free steel yards at the polocrosse fields.

CAMPING
Campers can use the venue to camp and the fees are $20 per vehicle per night ($15 EWA members). THere are limited powered sites so again these allocated on a first in/first served basis.

YARDING OF HORSES
New legislation (Jan 2010) and subsequent Equestrian Australia ruling on animal safety has prohibited the use of string/electric tape yarding of horses at EA/EWA events. Steel panel and solid yards are permitted. If you intend to camp with your horses, steel or similiar yards may be used (attached to vehicle or free standing by design). If you require yards please camp in the area near the polocrosse fields (no power available). There are water points and washbays in this area for horse watering.
